Annotation Diplomová práce je zaměřena na simultánní stanovení umělých sladidel acesulfamu K a aspartamu pomocí vysoce účinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC). Byly nalezeny optimální chromatografické podmínky pro jejich analýzu. Dále bylo stanoveno množství obou umělých sladidel ve vybraných vzorcích minerálních a pramenitých vod.
Annotation in English This thesis was focused on the simultaneous determination of acesulfame K and aspar-tame using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation of mentioned sweeteners were investigated. In addition, the content of both sweeteners in chosen mineral and spring waters was determined.

  1. Stručně charakterizovat umělá sladidla, popsat jejich použití v potravinářství.
  2. Definovat sladivost, popsat ji u umělých sladidel.
  3. Princip kapalinové chromatografie.
II. Praktická část
  1. Vypracovat metodiku pro stanovení acesulfamu a aspartamu.
  2. Aplikovat tuto metodu na vzorcích vybraných minerálních vod.
  3. Diskuze a formulace závěrů.
