Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním sociálního pedagoga ve školním prostředí. Teoretická část pojednává o oblastech vztahující se k ústřednímu tématu. Stručně seznamuje s vývojem sociální pedagogiky jak na našem území, tak v zahraničí. Dále zdůrazňuje integrující charakter sociální pedagogiky a její provázanost s ostatními disciplínami. Na závěr rozpracovává jednotlivé atributy profese sociálního pedagoga ve školním prostředí. Praktická část je orientovaná na vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření, ve kterém je provedena analýza rozhovorů prostřednictvím interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Naším záměrem je vystihnout esenci zkušeností osob (n = 5) aktuálně pracujících na pozici sociálního pedagoga ve školním prostředí.

This diploma thesis is focused on the position of a social pedagogue in the school environment. The theoretical part describes the dimensions related to the main issue. This part briefly introduces the development of social pedagogy, in our country as well as abroad. Furthermore, it emphasizes integrating character of social pedagogy and its cohesion with other disciplines. In the last part, it describes the various attributes of the profession of a social pedagogue in the school environment. The empirical part is focused on the evaluation of the survey, in which the analysis of interviews is accomplished by interpretative phenomenological analysis. Our intention is to describe the essence of the experience of individuals (n = 5) who are currently working at the position of a social pedagogue in the school environment.
