Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis kontaminantů z obalových materiálů v potravinářství. V práci jsou popsány obalové materiály (polyetylen, polypropylen, polyvinylchlorid, papír, sklo a kovy), jejich vlastnosti, použití v obalové technice a možnost uvolňování kontaminantů (změkčovadla, ionty prvků, těžké kovy, organické látky) a zdra-votní účinek uvolněných kontaminantů na lidské zdraví.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description of contaminants from food packaging materials. There are described packaging materials (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvi-nylchloride, paper, glass and metals), their properties, usage in packaging technology and the possibility of contaminants (plasticizers, ions of elements, heavy metals, organic com-pounds) release and health effects of released contaminants on human health.
