Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá historii a principem fungování umělého nosu v senzorické analýze. Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání senzorické analýzy pomocí elektronického nosu a lidských smyslů člověka. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá směrem vývoje elektronických nosů.
Annotation in English Bachelor´s thesis deal about into the history and principles of functioning of the artificial nose in sensory analysis. The goal of this paper was to compare sensory analysis using the electrical nose with the actual experience of human senses. Also the future development of electrical noses is discussed.
