Annotation Tato diplomová práce se zabývá navržením projektu pro zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků ve firmě TOKO AGRI a.s. Cílem práce je celkové zhodnocení a zlepšení spokojenosti zákaz-níků s poskytovanými službami a nabízenými produkty dané společnosti. Aby bylo tohoto cíle dosaženo popisuji marketingový mix společnosti, hlavní konkurenty v oboru a vytvoři-la jsem dotazník, jež analyzuje dosavadní spokojenost či nespokojenost zákazníků s nabí-zenými produkty a službami. Stěžejní částí práce je primární marketingový výzkum formou dotazníku, jež byl rozeslán firemním zákazníkům. Na základě výsledku daného průzkumu je vytvořen návrh projektu, který pomůže zvýšit loajalitu zákazníků s danou firmou, a který eliminuje slabá místa, jež negativně ovlivňují spokojenost zákazníka.
Annotation in English This master?s thesis deals with the proposition of the project of loyalty increasing in com-pany TOKO AGRI a.s. The aim of the work is the overall evaluation and improvement of the loyalty of customers with services and products of given company. To reach this goal I describe marketing mix of the company, main competitors on the given field and create questionnaire analyzing present satisfaction or dissatisfaction with offered products and services. The main part of the work is based on the primary marketing research in the form of questionnaire, filled in with the most important customers of the company. On the base of reached results of given research is created the proposal of the project, which will be helpful in loyalty increasing in the given company and which eliminates weak points, nega-tively influencing overall satisfaction of customers.
