Annotation Mnohé organizace začleňují čím dál častěji do svého systému myšlenku sdílení vědomostí.
Annotation in English Many organizations have started to incorporate the concept of Knowledge Sharing; there-fore the aim of this thesis is to suggest how it is possible to have better executions, once the organization facilitates activities for the exchange of Knowledge and practices among the organization?s members. The theoretical part describes differences about Knowledge, In-formation and Data, the modes for Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Management and its implementation and Knowledge Sharing and its specifics. The practical part deals with the analysis about the given support to foster Knowledge sharing in the organization, activities and leaders in respect to this issue and its benefits. In the questionnaire part is shown some findings as the lack of initiative of employees to share Knowledge by themselves and the demotivation to receive trainings. As an answer of the project, the findings will be used as key factors to offer proposals about how to foster the motivation for an effective knowledge sharing flow, leveraging the activities for stimulation of the transfer of Tacit and Explicit Knowledge, also encouraging the employees to gain up to date Knowledge from trainings, and then serving as feeders of the gained knowledge for the groupware, eliminating the Knowledge Hoarding individually.
