Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice dětských horeček. V teoretické části popisuji význam teploty, problematiku termoregulace, možnosti měření teploty, léčbu a komplikace horečky. Tělesná teplota je nejčastěji monitorovaná fyziologická funkce. Především u dětí je velmi důležité, aby teplota byla změřena šetrně, rychle, ale přesně.
V praktické části se zjišťovalo, jaké metody monitorování a tlumení teploty používají rodiče České, Romské a Vietnamské národnosti. Výsledky dotazníkové šetření jsou zpracovány ve formě tabulek a grafů.

In my thesis I deal with the issue of child actresses. The theoretical part describes the mea-ning of temperature, thermal management issues, the possibility of temperature measure-ment, treatment and complications of fever. Body temperature is the most frequently moni-tored physiological functions. Especially in children it is very important that the temperatu-re was measured gently quickly but accurately.
In the practical part of finding out what methods of monitoring and controlling temperatu-re using parents Czech, Roma and Vietnamese nationalities. The results of a questionnaire survey are presented in the form of tables and graphs.
