Annotation	Tato bakalářské práce si dává za cíl stanovit vhodnou investiční strategii pro drobného investora tak, aby mu během let poskytovala stabilní výnos a bezpečné uložení finančních prostředků. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní informace o finančním trhu, akciích, možných investičních filozofiích a způsobu akciové analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu akciových trhů v ČR a USA a faktorů, které na tyto trhy působí. Dále je proveden výběr obchodníka s cennými papíry a analyzování konkrétních akciových titulů. Na závěr vyhodnocuji průběh obchodů a uvádím své akciové portfolio.
Annotation in English	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define a suitable investment strategy for a retail inves-tor, so that it could provide him a stable benefit and safe deposit of his financial instrument over the years. The basic details about a financial market are analyzed in the theoretical part as well as details about shares and the method of stock analysis. Possible investment philosophies are included there too. The practical part focuses on the analysis of stock markets in the Czech Republic and in the USA and the factors, which affect these markets. There is also made a selection of merchant with valuable papers as well as the analysis of specific stock titles. At the end I evaluate a process of business and I present my stock portfolio.
