Annotation Cílem této práce je studium reakcí 3-substituovaných-3-halogenchinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů s kyanidy jakož i příprava nových derivátů 3-substituovaných-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrochinolin-3-karbonitrilů, které vznikají substitucí příslušných halogenderivátů. V teoretické části je shrnuta současná problematika přípravy, reaktivity a využití výchozích látek a dosud popsaných derivátů chinolin-3-karbonitrilů. Experimentální část shrnuje poznatky získané při studiu zkoumaných re-akcí a identifikaci látek pomocí metod strukturní analýzy.
Annotation in English Aim of this work is to study reactions of 3-substituted-3-halogenquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones with cyanides as well as preparation of new 3-substituted-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles derivates arising from substitution of the halogenderivates. Current issues of prepa-ration, reactivity and use of reactants and yet desribed quinoline-3-carbonitriles derivates are summarized in teoretical part. The knowledge gained from the study of examined reactions and from identification of substances using methods of stuctural analysis are included in experimental part.
