Annotation Cílem práce je analyzovat exportní aktivity společnosti Bioveta, a.s., která se zabývá výrobou veterinárních léčiv. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická se zabývá studiem literárních pramenů zkoumané problematiky. V praktické části je pak provedena analýza exportních aktivit společnosti Bioveta, a.s., SWOT analýza a prezentace marketingové strategie. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na změnu exportní strategie společnosti.
Annotation in English The aim of this thesis is the export analysis of Bioveta, a.s., the producer of veterinary medicines. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focuses on literature research related to the topic. The export activities of Bioveta, a.s., its SWOT analysis and an overview of marketing strategy are described in the practical part of the thesis. Suggestions for improvements of the export strategy are given at the end of the paper.

Cílem práce je analyzovat exportní aktivity společnosti Bioveta, a.s., která se zabývá výrobou veterinárních léčiv. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická se zabývá studiem literárních pramenů zkoumané problematiky. V praktické části je pak provedena analýza exportních aktivit společnosti Bioveta, a.s., SWOT analýza a prezentace marketingové strategie. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na změnu exportní strategie společnosti.

The aim of this thesis is the export analysis of Bioveta, a.s., the producer of veterinary medicines. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.
