Cílem práce je navrhnout možný způsob financování investičního záměru občanského sdružení XY, který se týká založení sociálního podniku. V teoretické části je popsána problematika neziskových organizací, investic, sociálních služeb a fondů Evropské unie.
Praktická část je zaměřena na popis organizace a analýzu jejího hospodaření. Závěrečnou částí je projekt, který charakterizuje investiční záměr a uvádí možné způsoby jeho financo-vání.

The aim of this thesis is to propose a possible way of financing investment plan of the civic association XY, relating to establishment of social enterprise. In the theoretical part there are described the problems of nonprofit organizations, investments, social services and EU funds.
The practical part is focused on the description of organization and analysis of its management. The final part of the thesis is the project, which characterizes the investment plan and identifies possible ways of financing.
