Bakalářská práce ''Šikana na pracovišti, její prevence a řešení‘‘ je sondou do obsáhlé problematiky mezilidských vztahů, a to na pracovním poli. Práce se zde soustředí na popis a odhalení šikanování lidí v zaměstnání. Hlavní důraz je kladen na rozdělení různých druhů a stupňů šikany s přihlédnutím k možnostem řešení. Nedílnou součástí této práce je i vlastní setkání s šikanou na pracovišti. Průzkum šikany ve výrobním závodě se stal jakýmsi zrcadlem skutečného stavu vztahů v klimatu středně velkého výrobního závodu.

The Bachelor thesis "Bullying at workplace, it's prevention and solution" is a canvass of the complex problems connected with human relations, apecifically on working field. The thesis focused on description and revelation of bullying people at work. The main stress is put on division of different kinds and grades of bullying with regard of the possible resolutions. An inseparable part of this thesis is also a personal experience with bullying ar workplace. The research of bullying in a production plant represents a kind of a mirror to the real state of interpersonal relationships in the climate of a medium-size production factory.
