Bakalářská práce pojednává o mastitidě krav. Teoretická část se zabývá mastitidou obecně s přihlédnutím na mastitidy způsobené bakterií rodu Staphylococcus aureus. V praktické části je vypracována představa o možném koloběhu bakterie rodu Staphylococcus aureus ve stájových prostorách. V závěru byly vyhodnoceny výsledky praktické části a navrženo řešení pro snížení přenosu mastitidy.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis deals with the bovine mastitis. The theoretical part contents mastitis generally, but takes mastitis caused bacteria Staphylococcus aureus into account. In the practical part the conception of the possible circulation of the bacteria genus Staphylo-coccus aureus in the cowshed is worked out. In the conclusion the results of the practical part were evaluated and the solution for the reduction of the transmission was proposed.
