Anotace
Diplomová práce se zabývá transformací české společnosti, jejími
ekonomickými a politickými změnami od roku 1989 do současnosti.
Nezabývá se všemi aspekty této transformace, ale pouze těmi, které mají
vliv na kriminalitu a odraz těchto procesů v charakteristice a intenzitě
trestné činnosti. Přehledně popisuje problémy související s ukládáním
a efektivitou sankcí, problémy české justice na poli vymáhání práva
a ukládání alternativních trestů.
V oblasti sankcí je práce zaměřena zejména na problémy
související s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody. Dalším typem sankcí, které
jsou v práci rozebírány, jsou alternativní tresty, především problémy
s jejich výkonem, efektivností a výběrovostí odsouzených, kterým jsou
nebo kterým by měly být ukládány. V práci jsou porovnány sankce podle
současné platné právní úpravy a právní normy, která bude účinná
od 1.ledna 2010.

Annotation
My dissertation deals with the transformation of the Czech society,
its economical and political changes from the year 1989 till now. It does
not deal with all aspects of this transformation but only with them which
have the influence on criminality and reflection of this processes and
intensity of criminal activity. It lucidly describes problems connected
with inflicting and efektivity of sanctions, problems of the Czech justice
on the field of law exaction and imposing of alternative sentences.
In the field of sanctions the disertation is aimed mainly on
problems connected with the execution of confinement. Next type of
sanctions, that are described in the dissertation, are alternative
sentences, after all problems with their execution, effektivity and
selection of convicted persons, whom they are or should be imposed. In
the dissertation are compared sanctions according the current legal
amendmend and legal norm which would come in force from 1. January
2010
