Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou, která se svým původem stále řadí mezi nové fenomény. V práci si dáváme za cíl komplexně popsat problematiku stalkingu a kyberstalkingu. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením základní terminologie, která nás bude v průběhu práce provázet. Zaměříme se také na historii dané problematiky a členění pachatelů podle různých autorů. Teoretická část je zakončena právní úpravou a možnostmi obrany. V praktické části chceme zjistit, jaké znalosti a zkušenosti mají s danou problematikou adolescenti.
Práce si klade za cíl poukázat na skutečnost, že i nový fenomén může být pro dnešní adolescenty nebezpečím.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the matters, which still ranks among the new phenomenon with its native. We give for the aim at this work to comprehensively decribe the matters of stalking and cyber-stalking. In the theoretical part we deal with definying of the basic terminology that will accompany us during this work. We will also focus on the history of this matters, structuring of offenders according the different authors and the theoretical part is finished by the legal regulations and the possibilities for defense. In the practical part we want to find out what knowledge and experience have adolescents with this matters .
The importance of the work it to point out how also the new phenomenon can be a danger for today´s adolelescents.
