Diplomová práce pojednává o výskytu potravinových alergií u středoškolských studentů. Charakterizuje potravinové alergie a popisuje jednotlivé alergeny (živočišného a rostlinného původu) v potravě. V práci je dále věnována pozornost prevalenci, hodnocení, příznakům alergie, diagnostice a samotné léčbě.
Praktická část diplomové práce poskytuje přehled o projevech a výskytu alergických onemocnění u studentů. Porovnává alergie u studentů s pozitivní nebo negativní rodinnou anamnézou. Sleduje, zda byl student někdy s alergií léčen nebo dodržoval bezlepkovou dietu.

Diploma thesis deals with food allergies occurrence in secondary school students. It characterises food allergies and describes particular allergens (animal and plant origin) in food. Further, the attention is paid to prevalence, evaluation, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of allergies.
Practical part of the thesis provides summary of allergy pruritus and occurrence in students. Allergies in students with positive and negative family anamnesis are compared. Allergy treatment and gluten-free diet occurrence are observed.
