Cieľom bakalárskej práce je odhaliť faktory, ktoré ovplyvňujú negatívne prejavy byrokra-cie. K tomu sú použité najmä teoretické poznatky niektorých významných osobností, ktorí sa touto problematikou zaoberali. Po úvodnej časti, v ktorej je presne vymädzený fenomén byrokracie, nasleduje druhá časť, kde sa na príklade z praxe poukázalo na negativné preja-vy byrokracie a na problematicku fungovania v praxi. Okrem iného je v práci poukázaný i vzťah verejnej správy s ich zamestnancami, kde je poukázané najmä na byrokraciu v ich vzťahoch. Koncom práce je uvedný spôsob komunikácie verejnej správy s ich klientami, teda občanmi. V praxi sa zisťoval ich názor na nedostatky a klady spôsobu komunikácie.
Annotation in English
The aim of this thesis is to identify factors that influence negative symptoms of bureaucracy. In order to do that a synthesis of theoretical knowledge introduced by key figures dealing with this issue is presented. After an introductory part which denotes the concepts of bureaucracy, the following by a second part, which is an example of practice highlighted the negative expresye bureaucracy and problematic functioning in practice. It is also at work and remitted to government relationship with their employees, which is highlighted in particular the bureaucracy in their relations. At the end of the work is way of communicating with their government clients, in the citizens. In practice, their views on strengths and weaknesses technice.
