Kvalifikační práce pojednává o rizicích znečištění vod na Vsetínsku.
Teoretická část obsahuje výklad pojmů riziko - nebezpečí, nejistota - neurčitost, újma - škoda. Definuje analýzu rizika a stručně představuje vybrané metody analýzy rizik.
Praktická část definuje rozsah a geografické, sociálně-historické a hydrogeologické poměry zkoumané lokality. Dále popisuje nakládání s vodami, v souladu se zákonem č. 254/2001 Sb. (zákon o vodách). Následuje výčet zdrojů a informací o míře znečištění dle Hydrologických bilancí ČHMÚ, dle monitoringu společnosti Vodovody a Kanalizace Vsetín a. s., dle monitoringu státního podniku Povodí Moravy. Je provedena analýza míry znečištění povrchových vod komunálními odpadními vodami na měrných profilech monitoringu stavu a kvality povrchových vod v povodí Vsetínské Bečvy před a po realizaci projektu Čistá řeka Bečva I. Je provedena analýza míry znečištění pro výběrová data v pásmu minimálního průtoku, srovnáním míry znečištění před realizací preventivních opatření (2001, 2002) a po jejich částečné realizaci (2012, 2015) na měrném profilu Vsetínská Bečva Jarcová.

The teoretical part contains koncept interpretation of: risk danger, insecurity - uncertaini-ty, injury - damage. It gives a definition of the risk analysis and shortly introduces chosen methodes of the risk analysis.
Practical part defines an extent and a geografical, socialy - historical and hydrogeological proportions of the researched lokality. It subscribes the ways of using water, in konformity with the czech law number 254/2001 Sb. (Law about water). As next, it incorporates a list of the sources and informations about the level of pollution from The Hydrobiological Bi-lantions of the Czech Hydrometeorogical Institute, from the monitoring of the V a K a. s. Vsetin, from the monitoring of the PMO s.o.c. . There is an analysis of the level of conta-mination the surface water with municipal waste water on measuring profiles of the moni-toring of the level and quality of the surface water in the river basin of the Vsetinska Becva river. There is also an analysis of the level of contamination, using selective data in a zone of minimal flow rate, by comparing the level of contamination before (2001, 2002) and after taking precautions (2012, 2015) on the measuring profile Vsetinska Becva river - Jar-cova.
