V teoretické části bakalářské práce podrobně popíšu systém vyhledávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců. V analytické části práce srovnám získané praktické poznatky s teoretickými. Zaměřila jsem se na charakteristiku daného úřadu. Dále provedu dotazníkové šetření, v němž budu porovnávat proces adaptace zaměstnanců daného úřadu se soukromými podniky. Po vyhodnocení šetření navrhnu úřadu možná řešení k zefektivnění procesu adaptace zaměstnanců.
Annotation in English
The theoretical part of my work deals with the description of the system of searching, selection and recruitment of personnel. The analytical part is based on comparison of the practical experience with the theory. I focused on the characteristics of a selected authority. Further, I will conduct a questionnaire survey, in which I will compare the process of adaptation of employees of the authority with the process of adaptation within private businesses. After the evaluation of my survey I shall present suggestion to increase efficiency of the process of adaptation of employees to the authority.
