This bachelor work ‘‘Foreign prisoners‘‘ deals with problems of the sentence-serving foreign prisoners in prisons of the Czech Republic.
The work attends into problems of this theme, shortly describes the evolution of these problems in the last decades and determines goal of this work. It acquaints with law regulations in this sphere and analyzes problems. It summarizes and recapitulates in the Conclusion.
