Bakalářská práce s názvem ''Problematika informovanosti všeobecných sester v péči o klienty s kolostomií‘‘ se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se věnuji charakteristice kolostomií, operačním postupům, ošetřovatelské péči, kvalitě života a režimu klientů s kolostomií. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem pomocí dotazníko-vého šetření u všeobecných sester, které pečují o klienty s kolostomií, dále zpracováním získaných údajů a jejich využití pro praxi. Výzkum byl především zaměřen na zjištění úrovně informovanosti všeobecných sester v péči o klienty s kolostomií, zda jsou informo-vané o moderních ošetřovatelských postupech, zda jsou schopné klienta edukovat o vlast-ním ošetřování kolostomie, zda mají potřebu vyhledat stomasestru při péči o tyto klienty.

My bachelor work with the title ''Knowing questions of the comprehensive nurses in range of the care of patiens with the colostomy‘‘ is parted in the theoretical part and practical part. I’m concerned in colostomys characteristic, operation process, nursing care, quality of life and daily routine of the colostomy patients in the theoretical part. In the practical part I follow the research through the question - forms by the comprehensive nurses which take care of colostomy patients, further I process the acquired informations and their utilities in for the praxis. The research was targeted the findings of the information knowing level of the comprehensive nurses which take care of colostomy patients, whether they are cogni-zant of the modern care procedures, whether they are able to educate the patient about treatment of the colostomy, whether they need to find nurse by the care of these patients.
