Annotation Hlavním cílem disertační práce je navrhnout model, který by dokázal predikovat možnosti vzniku nemocí z povolání, které postihují pohybový aparát. Ke splnění cíle je nutné určit faktory, které se podílí na vzniku těchto nemocí a stanovit, jakým způsobem a jakou mírou působí na pohybovou soustavu. Na základě ergonomických poznatků a stanovených faktorů pak bude model identifikovat riziko vzniku nemocí z povolání ve vztahu k pracovní činnosti.
Annotation in English Doctoral thesis aims to design a model which could predict possibilities of occupational diseases formation that affect a musculoskeletal system. To achieve this goal it is necessary to determine factors that participate in formation of this diseases and define how they affect the musculoskeletal system. On the basis of ergonomic knowledges and determined factors this model will identify risk of occupational diseases formation in relation to the work activity.
