Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Bewerbung, das heutzutage immer häufiger ins Unterbewusstsein eindringt. Ziel der Bachelorarbeit ist es, den Prozess der Bewerbung in ausgewählten Unternehmen zu beschreiben.
Die Arbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen, dem praktischen und dem theoretischen Teil. Im theo-retischen Teil werden die Grundfakten über das Thema Bewerbung beschrieben. Die Grundbegriffe, die mit dem Thema Bewerbung verbunden sind, werden anhand der Fach-literatur definiert und erklärt.
Im praktischen Teil beschäftigt sich die Bachelorarbeit mit dem Bewerbungsverfahren bei zwei konkreten Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Größe. Die werden vorgestellt und erklärt. Anhand der Analyse der Bewerbung durch Fragebogen und Interview werden Kriterien und Informationen, die Personalsacharbeiter bevorzugen ausgewertet.

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of a job application, which is nowadays increas-ingly becoming recognized. The aim of this work is to describe a process of the job appli-cation in relation to selected companies.
The work consists of two parts, a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described the basic facts about the theme of the job application process. This means that basic concepts that are connected with this topic will be defined and explained in a tech-nical literature.
The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the job application in two specific com-panies. These two differently sized companies will be presented and explained closer. Based on an analysis of the job application process which was done through a research based on interviews and questionnaires will be evaluated those information which are pre-ferred by HR managers.
