Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení marketingové analýzy strojírenské firmy GENICZECH-M. Teoretická část je zaměřena na marketingové strategie a analýzu SWOT. Analytická část představuje samotnou činnost firmy, anylýzu jejího vnějšího prostředí z hlediska zákazníků, konkurence a trhu. Vnitřní analýza pojednává o produktech firmy, distribuci, ceně, výrobě, personálních otázkách a propagaci. Činnost firmy je zhodnecena na základě analýzy SWOT. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení za zajištění perspektivního vývoje firmy.
Annotation in English The purpose of this bachelor essay was elaborating the marketing analysis of the engineering company GENICZECH-M. Theoretical part is specialized on marketing stategy and analysis SWOT. Analytic part represents company GENICZECH-M, analysis of ambient environment from the point of view of customers, competition and place. Interior analysis deal with products, distrubution, price, production, personal tasks and promotion. Aktivity of the company is summarized on the basis of SWOT analysis. In the closure are stated proposals and recommendations to provide perspective development of the company.
