Annotation Práce pojednává o významu podporovaného zaměstnávání pro ty, kdo onemocněli některou formou psychózy a chtějí si najít pracovní místo na otevřeném trhu práce. Zabývá se předmětem podporovaného zaměstnávání a jeho současným stavem v ČR. Obsahuje také stručnou charakteristiku psychotických onemocnění.
Annotation in English This thesis deals with significance of supported employment for people suffering from psychosis who want to get and keep a job in open labour market. It is focused on the issue of supported employment and the contemporary local situation. The thesis contains also a brief description of the main features of schizophrenia and affective disorders.
