Bakalářská práce předkládá ucelený pohled nad problematikou výslechu dětí, které jsou v trestním řízení v postavení svědka. Upozorňuje na právo dítěte na zvláštní péči a pomoc, přičemž poukazuje na orgány, které se právní ochranou dětí zabývají a na jejich součinnost s policií. Zaměřuje se na zvláštnosti dětské psychiky. Popisuje zásady, které by měly být dodrženy při výslechu dítěte, aby tento byl proveden po procesní stránce správně a zároveň nebylo dítě vystaveno nepřiměřené psychické zátěži.

This bachelor´s thesis presents a coherent survey of problems related to interrogation of children as witnesses in criminal proceedings. It draws attention to right of a child for a special care and assistance, while refering to bodies involved in legal protection of children and their interaction with police. It focuses on specifics of child psychology. It describes principles to be followed when interrogating a child in order the interrogation is carried out correctly from the process point of view, while not loading the child with inappropriate psychological burden.
