The subject of this bachelor´s dissertation is a juvenile delinquency problem. The work deals with the nature of juvenile crime and describes main crime classes including the concrete cases of juvenile offenders activities.
It refers to causes of juvenile delinquency and its consequences including the impacts influencing this field and compares the level of criminal responsibility with foreign countries.
It introduces the main principles of juvenile criminal procedings and its special procedures including imposition of measures aimed at juveniles.
