Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou metody a principy motivace pracovníků v organizacích. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy z oblasti motivace, metodami a principy motivace pracovníků v organizacích za využití hmotné a nehmotné motivace. Dále popisuje nejvýznamnější teorie motivace s ohledem na pracovní motivaci. V druhé části práce jsou uplatňovány teoretické poznatky v praxi. Na jejich základě je popsán vybraný podnik a popsána analýza stavu motivace v podniku. V závěru práce je uvedeno několik doporučení pro zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců.

The topic of this bachelor thesis are methods and principles of workers motivation in orga-nizations. The theoretical part deals with essential terms from the area of motivation, the methods and the principles of workers motivation in organizations by using material and non-material motivation. Furthemore it describes the best known theories of motivation with respekt to work motivation. In the second part of the thesis the theoretical information are used in practise. On the basis of the information the chosen company is described as well as the anylisis of the state of motivation in this company. Finally a few recommen-dations are given to improve employees' motivation.
