Annotation	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní rodinné péče a podmínkami její realizace u nás a řeší zejména problém upřednostňování ústavní péče v praxi, přestože trendem ostatních zemí je upřednostňování náhradní rodinné péče a řešení problémů kooperativním přístupem k neziskovým organizacím.
Annotation in English	Bachalory diploma is concerned with compensatory family care and conditions of its execution in our country and it solves mainly problems with giving priority to institutional care in practice, although there is a trend in the other countries to give priority to family care and the solving of the problems with cooperative accession to non-profit organizations.
