V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se osobnosti učitele, motivace a tvořivosti ve vyučování. Mohla by se stát podnětem k zamyšlení pro každého, kdo se zabývá pedagogickou činností, zda právě jeho osobnost, příp. vedení výuky plní základní funkce potřebné pro rozvoj motivace a tvořivosti ve výuce. Proč dnešní učitelé neznají a v hodinách nevyužívají širokou škálu metod tvořivosti, prozrazuje druhá, praktická část. Pomocí výpovědí několika žáků a učitelů uvádí čtenáře do reálného prostředí a vztahů subjektů a objektů vyučování.
Annotation in English
Basic terms concerning the personality of a teacher, motivation and creativity in teaching are clarified in the theoretical part. It could be an imput for further reflexion for everyone involved in pedagogical activities: if their personality or teaching leadership fulfil the basic functions necessary for development of motivation and creativity. The second part (the practical one) explains why teachers today do not know and do not exploit a wide range of motivation methods in ther classes. The reader is introduced to the real environment and relations of teaching subjects and objects through the students and teachers´ utterances.
