1. Can you specify strengths and weaknesses of positive and negative motivation in the companies?
Answer: Positive motivation has the long term effect, while negative motivation rather short term effect.
Presentation skills were evaluated as B.
2. How are your recommendations for the students who would like to motivate themselves for the better studies results?
Answer: Students should know why they study. To have a goal.
3. Do you think that the motivation factors of students were different 50 years ago? Would you say that the companies paid similar attention to them then, compared to now? Can you speculate about motives to study of different classes in society in the past?
Answer: I t is useful.
4. Are there any guidelines how to proceed with marketing research? Can you tell us how to gather and process the data, and how to report the results?
Answer: Yes, there is a procedure, what we want to research, how, hypothesis, report-conclusion.
5. What would be the motivation for the employees in the future?
It varies, for some it will be still money, for the others further education,....
6. Do you think your questionnaire can really find the factors of motivation?
It is very individual, you will probably need more than thirty people.
