Ve své práci věnuji pozornost nejen konfliktům a člověku v nich, ale i schopnosti tyto konflikty rychle rozpoznat a také co nejvíce porozumět mechanismům a okolnostem, které konflikty provázejí.
V této práci se snažím se analyzovat konflikty na základě poznatků čerpaných z odborné literatury a zaměřit se na konfliktní situace na úrovni mezilidských vztahů. Dále postihnout způsob řešení a četnost konfliktních situací na pracovišti, jejich nejčastější zdroje, konkrétní obsah prožívání a dopad konfliktních situací na jednotlivce.

In my work I pay attention not only to the conflicts and the people in it, but also to the ability to recognize those conflicts as soon as possible and also to get to know the mechanism and circumstances accompanying those conflicts.
In this paper I am trying to analyse the conflicts on the basis of professional literature knowledge and to focus on the conflicts in the interpersonal relations. Then to cover the way how to solve them, the number of the conflicts at work , their most frequent causes and how they are experienced and the impact of the conflicting situations on the individual person.
