Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče u pacientů s podtlakovou terapií apli-kovanou na dolní končetinu. V teoretické části je stručně popsána etiologie defektů na dol-ní končetině, syndrom diabetické nohy, neboť v praktické části jsou respondenty právě dia-betici. Další část tvoří podtlaková terapie a poslední část je orientována na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů s podtlakovou terapií.
Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum psaný designem případových kazuistik. Na zá-kladě pozorování, rozhovorů s pacienty a ošetřujícím personálem a analýzy dokumentů bylo vytvořeno pět kazuistik, jejichž úkolem bylo zmapovat specifické ošetřovatelské činnosti prováděné u pacientů s podtlakovou terapií aplikovanou na dolní končetinu na chirurgic-kém oddělení v Krajské nemocnici T. Bati ve Zlíně. Výstupem práce je vytvoření návrhu mapy péče a informovaného souhlasu pro pacienta s aplikací řízeného podtlaku na nehojící se ránu na dolní končetinu.
Annotation in English
The topic of the Bachelor thesis is nursing care in patients with vacuum therapy applied at their lower limb. In the theoretical part, there is a brief description of aetiology of defects on the lower limb and the diabetic food syndrome because diabetics are the respondents in the practical part. Another part includes vacuum therapy and the last part focuses on nurs-ing care in patients with vacuum therapy.
The practical part consists of a qualitative research written in the design of a case study. On the basis of observation, interviews with patients and nursing staff and the analysis of doc-uments, 5 case histories were set up aiming at mapping specific nursing care carried out in patients with vacuum therapy applied at the lower limb at the Surgical Ward of the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín. The outcome of the work is the creation of a proposal of a map of care and informed agreement for patients with the application of vacuum assisted closure on the non-healing wound of a lower limb.
