Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou nároků, jež jsou kladeny na učitele
působící v malotřídních školách. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku učitelské profese a učitele samotného. Uvádím zde vlastnosti, které by měl každý správný učitel mít a některé specifické problémy učitelské profese. Je zde přiblíženo i několik typologií
učitelů. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována charakteristice málotřídních škol. Je zde uveden jejich vývoj i popis současné situace.
V praktické části se snažím pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit, jaké nároky, na vlastní osobu, pociťují učitelé v málotřídních školách.

My bachelor thesis deals with the issues of requirements which are imposed on the teachers acting in schools with few multilevelled classes. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the characteristics of a teaching profession and teachers themselves. The qualities that every good teacher should have and some specific problems of a teaching profession are listed. Several typologies of teachers are also described. The last part of the
theoretical section is devoted to the characteristics of schools with few multilevelled
classes. Their development and the description of the current situation are introduced, too. In the practical part, the thesis, by means of qualitative research, tries to find out what
requirements on their personality, the teachers in schools with few multilevelled classes feel themselves.
