Tématem bakalářské práce jsou mezigenerační vztahy mezi rodiči a prarodiči. Teoretická část se zabývá širší rodinou, rolí rodičů a prarodičů. Dále se zabývám vztahy mezi rodiči a prarodiči a problémy v jejich vzájemném vztahu.
Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum. Cílem výzkumu je prostřednictvím dotazní-ků prozkoumat oblast mezigeneračních vztahů rodičů a prarodičů. Zaměřuji se zejména na hodnocení vzájemných vztahů, na mezigenerační konflikty, na pomoc prarodičů s vnoučaty a na celkový přínos prarodičů pro své děti a vnoučata.

The theme of the bachelor thesis are the intergenerational relationships of parents and grandparents. The theoretical part deals with an extended family, the role of parents and grandparents. Furthermore I deal with the relationships of parents and grandparents and the problems in their mutual relationships.
The practical part includes a quantitative research. The goal of the research is to explore the area of the intergenerational relationships of parents and grandparents trough checklists. I primarily focus on the evaluation of the mutual relationships, the intergenerational conflicts, the help from grandparents with grandchildren and the whole benefit of grandparents for their children and grandchildren.
