Annotation Diplomová práce se zabývá v teoretické části problematikou vstřikování plastových výrob-ků. V praktické části byly dle dílce poskytnutého firmou Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. Mohelnice vytvořeny tvarové vložky (tvárník a tvárnice) a následně kompletní 3D model vstřikovací formy včetně výkresů sestavy a kusovníku. Dále byly vytvořeny celkem tři návrhy řešení temperačních okruhů pro daný výrobek. Návrhy formy a temperace byly vytvořeny v programu Catia V5R18. Nakonec byly pomocí programu Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2011 provedeny analýzy a jednotlivé typy temperací navzájem srovnány.
Annotation in English The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the question of injection molding of plastic products. In the practical part core inserts (a fixed side and a moving side) were created according to the part provided by the company Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. Mohelnice and subsequently a complete 3D model of the injection molding tool including an assembly drawing and a bill of materials. Furthermore three solution proposals of temperature control circuits for the given product were created in total. The tool and temperature control designs were created in the program Catia V5R18. In the end analyses were made and types of the individual temperature control systems were compared mutually by means of the program Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2011.
