Annotation Cílem mojí práce bylo poukázat na pracovní vztahy, které negativně působí na zaměstnance jako například nepotismus. V této oblasti lze využít dané teoretické znalosti, tak aby podřízení dosahovali požadovaného výkonu a byli spokojeni se svojí prací. Zvláštní důraz autor klade na odměnu a pochvalu, které jsou v našich pracovních podmínkách opomíjeny. Aby k požadovaným změnám došlo, musí k tomu dát podnět vrcholové vedení a zaměstnanci.
Annotation in English My work want to point out employee relations which nagatively effects on employees for example nepotism. In the area is possible to exploit theoretical knowledge Submission should run to required labour performance and be satisfied with their work. Author prefer special accent on remuneration and compliment, which are neglected in our working conditions. Both top management and employees have to give impeteus to archieve required changes.
