Diplomová práce je zaměřena na účinné formy motivace pracovníků v podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit nedostatky současného stavu motivace ve společnosti GTS CZECH, a.s. a navrhnout změny pro její zlepšení.
Na základě studia odborné literatury je vypracována teoretická část, která uvádí čtenáře do problematiky motivace a popisuje východiska pro pracovní motivaci. Vysvětluje vztah motivace a pracovního výkonu. Dále jsou charakterizovány základní stimulační prostředky a tvorba motivačního programu podniku.
Praktická část přináší základní informace o společnosti GTS CZECH, a.s., její personální politice a systému pracovní motivace. Interpretuje empirická šetření, na které navazují návrhy a doporučení pro oblast motivace v dané společnosti. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výsledků šetření a možná rizika spojená s realizací navrhovaných doporučení.

The thesis is specialized at the effective form of motivation of the employees in a company. The main target of the thesis is to find out the defects in contemporary state of motivation in the GTS CZECH, InC. and to offer the changes for its improvement.
The theory is based on the studies of the authorities literature and presents to the readers basic terms of motivation together with the starting points of the labour motivation. There is also explained relation between motivation and labour motivation. The attention is also focused on the basic stimulating means and the creation of motivation programme of the company.
There are basic information about GTS CZECH, InC. in practical part, together with its personal politics and the system of labour motivation. It also contains the research with the suggestions and recommendations for the field of motivation in given company. The final part includes the conclusion of the research and possible risks in connection with the realization of recommended suggestions.
