Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice do digitálních systémů. Hodnocena byla investice do systému New Distribution Capability (NDC) a investice do systému Global Distribution Systém (GDS). Zvolený problém byl řešen prostřednictvím statistických a dynamických metod hodnocení investice a návratnosti investice. Analyzovány byly investiční a technologické metriky včetně časového rámce investice. Výsledkem předložené práce je projekt vyhodnocení efektivnosti a návratnosti investice do nového distribučního digitálního systému (NDC), a zhodnocení, který z distribučních systémů je pro společnost výhodnější.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in digital systems. The investment in the New Distribution Capability (NDC) system and the investment in the Global Distribution System (GDS) were evaluated. The selected problem was solved by means of statistical and dynamic methods of investment and return on investment evaluation. Investment and technology metrics were analyzed including the timeframe of the investment. The result of the presented work is a project to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of a new digital distribution system (NDC), and to evaluate which distribution system is more beneficial to the company.
