Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit stav Public relations na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stavu PR aktivit. Zhodnocení současného stavu PR vychází z teoreticko-metodologické části, na kterou navazuje analýza PR aktivit a zhodnocení budování jednotného chování organizace vůči vnější i vnitřní veřejnosti. Z této analýzy získáme podklady pro návrh opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu.
Pro zhodnocení současného stavu Public relations jsem využil interních materiálů Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, osobních rozhovorů se zaměstnanci UTB, Studentské unie a marketingového výzkumu mezi studenty středních škol.

Objective of this bachelor thesis is assessing the Public Relations state in the Tomas Bata University in Zlín and proposing steps for improving the state of the PR activities. The assessment of the existing state of PR issues from the theoretical and methodological part followed by the analysis of the PR activities and by the assessment of building up of a uniform behaviour of the organization with respect to the inner and outer public. From this analysis, we shall get details for our proposal of steps for improving the existing state.
For assessing the existing state of Public relations, I have made use of internal materials of the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, of personal discussions with the TBU employees and with the Students Union and market research among students of secondary schools.
