Práce se zabývá demonstracemi v České republice. Jsou zde popsány jejich jednotlivé druhy a naznačeny příčiny jejich vzniku. V práci jsou uvedeny jednotlivé fáze demonstrace a je provedeno srovnání teorie s praxí. Práce obsahuje analýzu platné legislativy, která konání demonstrací upravuje. Součástí práce je popis taktiky ozbrojených sborů při ovlivňování dění při demonstracích.

This work is about demonstrations in the Czech republic. There are their types and reasons of their origin describe there. Further, there are individual phases of demonstration and comparisons of theory and practise. The work also analysis of valid legislation that determines rules of demonstration. A part of the work is also a description of tactics of armed corps while supervising demonstration.
