Tato diplomová práce je cílově zaměřena na projekt zvýšení konkurenční schopnosti podniku TOS Svitavy, a.s.. Samotná práce je pak rozdělena do tří částí.
V teoretické části jsou zhodnoceny literární prameny zaměřené na strategické řízení podniku, způsob tvorby a zavádění strategie, strategickou analýzu, konkurenci a konkurenceschopnost podniku a je zde definován projekt.
V analytické části práce je představen podnik TOS Svitavy, a.s., je zde popsána jeho současná strategie. Následuje analýza podnikatelského prostředí, SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza.
Projektová část je na základě výsledků analýzy zaměřena na možnost snížení výrobních nákladů, a to přesunem části výroby z podniku jinam, resp. do teritorií s nižší cenou pracovní síly.

This master thesis is aimed for the project of increasing the competitive capability of the TOS Svitavy, joint-stock company. The whole work is subsequently splitted into three parts.
In the theoretic part there are evaluated the literary sources focused at the enterprise strategic management, the mode of strategy creation and implementation, strategical analysis, the competition and the enterprise competitive ability and there is defined the project.
In the analytical part of the master thesis there is presented the TOS Svitavy, joint-stock company and there is described its actual strategy. After it follows the analysis of entrepreneurial environment, SWOT analysis and Porter´s analysis.
The project part is aimed by virtue of results for the possibility of reduction the production costs, namely by transfer of the part of production from the company elsewhere, let us say to the territories with lower labour cost.
