Analýza kurýrních služeb v České republice je tématem této bakalářské práce. Cílem je nejenom charakterizovat a zmapovat situaci na trhu v oblasti expresní přepravy, ale i zhodnotit využívání kurýrních služeb v rámci Veřejné správy. Expresní a kurýrní služby tvoří podle české legislativy zvláštní skupinu, která spadá do oblasti zasilatelských služeb. Na českém trhu působí řada českých zasilatelských firem, které začaly podnikat v letecké přepravě. Také zde operují nadnárodně podnikající společnosti, které se soustřeďují na expresní multimodální přepravu zásilek. Každá z těchto společností má svůj okruh zákazníků a navzájem nespolupracují.Po vyhodnocení průzkumu kurýrních služeb v České republice vyplynulo, že v současnosti nabídka uspokojuje poptávku.

‘‘The analysis of courier services in the Czech Republic‘‘ is the thesis of this bachelor. The aim of the thesis is not only to define and search current situation at the Czech market in the field of express service but also evaluate the usage of courier service in legislative of public administration. Express and courier services create special group which comes under field of forwarding services according to the Czech legislative. There are many Czech forwarding companies that started out in the air transport at the Czech market. There have also been supranational firms performing here and focusing on express multimodal transport. The companies mentioned above has their own customers and do not cooperate with one another. After searching current courier service situation in the Czech Republic the fact arose that offer meets demand.
