Černá, A. Ženy v politice, (Diplomová práce), Brno, 2009, 135 s. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje ženám v politice. Seznamuje se základními pojmy, jako jsou feminismus, gender. Pak, v rámci historického exkursu a následně i současnosti, ukazuje cestu žen na politické výsluní, naznačuje společenská a osobnostní východiska umožňující ženám tuto cestu uskutečnit, a to ve dvou liniích ? světové a v Českých zemích, nezapomíná na prezentaci těch nejúspěšnějších či nejznámějších političek. Dále seznamuje se současným systémem institucí státních, nevládní neziskových, vzdělávacích a vědeckých, médií apod. v České republice, které se problematikou žen v politice zabývají, a prezentuje výsledky některých jejich studií na dané téma. Seznamuje ve zkratce s volebním systémem a podmínkami politických stran, a to z pohledu možnosti vstupu žen do aktivní politiky. Část práce mající empirický charakter se zabývá vztahem českých žen k ženám v české politice. Právě stanovení výzkumného vzorku ? ženy stojící mimo politiku, je novým prvkem mezi pracemi na obdobné téma, kdy výzkumný vzorek tvořily samy političky. Informace byly získány volnými rozhovory v rámci fokusní skupiny.

Černá, A. Women in Politics, (Diploma Work), 135s. This diploma work takes deal with women in politics. It clears up the basic concepts as feminism or gender. Then in the historical excursus and subsequently today it shows the way of women in the political sun, it predicates the social and personal way how to make it real. It goes in two lines ? in the world and Czech countries and the work doesn?t forget the presentation of the most famous and best known women - politicians. This work describes the contemporary system of the state institutions, non-governmental non-profit associations, educational and scientific institutions, media etc. in the Czech Republic, which are engaged in the questions of women in politics and it presents some of their research results of this topic. Diploma work presents in short the electoral system and the conditions for women to enter the active politics. One part of the work has the empiric order and it takes deal with the relation of the Czech women to the women in the Czech politics. The sample made by women out of the politics is the new element within the works on the same topics where they were the politicians themselves. The data were taken during the free discussions within one group.
