Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit postoje segregovaných Romů k integraci do majoritní společnosti. V teoretické části se zabývám diverzifikací romského etnika, charakteristikou romského společenství a prostředím rodiny. Dále se zabývám historií Romů v kontextu sociální interakce s majoritními společnostmi. V poslední části se zaměřím na řešení sociální integrace Romů do majoritní společnosti. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, postavený na dotazníkovém šetření. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit postoje Romů žijících v romské osadě, jako komunita, k majoritní společnosti.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to detect the attitudes of the segregated Roma to their integration into majority society. The theoretical part is dedicated to the diversifica-tion of the Roma ethnic group, characteristics of Roma society and family environment. Later we deal with the history of the Roma in the context of social interaction with majority societies. In the last part the focus is on the solution of the social integration of the Roma into majority society. The practical part consists of the quantitative research based on questionnaire survey. The main objective of the research is to determine the attitudes of the Roma living in Roma settlement, as a community, to majority society.
