Charakterizace směsí byla provedena pomocí následujících metod: stanovení hustoty a obsahu vlhkosti, tahová zkouška, dynamická mechanická analýza, test biodegradace, RTG analýza, diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie a termogravimetrická analýza.
Annotation in English The aim of thesis was the characterization of biodegradable material based on poly(vinyl alcohol)/collagen. The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental parts. In the theoretical part, the short evolution of market of biodegradable polymers is described and their potential applications. The biodegradable polymers are widely used as compostable bags and the packaging in food industry. The basic characterization of poly(vinyl alcohol) and collagen hydrolysate is also performed in this part of the thesis. In the experimental part, the characterization of mixtures of poly(vinyl alcohol)/collagen with plasticizer was performed. The characterization of mixtures was carried out by follows methods: determination of density and the content of moisture, the tensile test, dynamic mechanical analysis, the test of biodegradability, X-ray analysis and the thermal analysis including the differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis.
