Diplomová práce se věnuje jednomu z nejznámějších a nejpropracovanějších přístupů v oblasti výkonnosti podniku, kterým je koncept Balanced Scorecard. Cílem této práce je zpracování projektu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti UNEX, a. s. V rámci teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše a charakterizovány tak nejdůležitější pojmy spojené s problematikou měření výkonnosti podniku a BSC.
Další část této práce se bude věnovat analytickým činnostem, které byly provedeny na základě metod popsaných v teoretické části. Na základě teoretických poznatků a praktických zjištění je zpracován návrh implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do uvedeného podniku.

The master thesis is devoted to one of the most elaborate and bestknown approaches for business performance, which is the concep to Balanced Scorecard. Theaim of this master thesis is the project processing of the Balanced Scorecard Method implementation in the company Unex Ltd.In the theoretical part is accomplished the literature sources summary and characterized as the most important concepts as sociated with them easurement of performance enterprise and BSC.
Further section is devoted to analytical activities that have been carried out using the methods described in the theoretical part. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical findings, prepared a draft implementation of the koncept of Balanced Scorecard in thecompany.
