Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat úroveň zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybraném podniku a zároveň navrhnout nápravná opatření s cílem zvýšit úroveň zabezpečení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje teoretickému objasnění vybraného tématu. Druhá část práce popisuje stěžejní informace týkajících se vybraného podniku. Součástí druhé poloviny práce je metoda Checklist Analysis, která detailně popisuje současný stav bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v organizaci. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navrhnuta nápravná opatření s cílem zlepšit současný stav ve vybraném podniku.

This bachelor thesis focuses on occupational safety and health in a chosen organization (OSH). The aim is to analyze the assurance level of OSH in the organization. Simulta-neously, design proceeding assurances that increase the security level. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part clarifies the theory of the chosen topic. The second part describes crucial information of the given company. This part also includes a method called Checklist Analysis, that examines the current level of occupational safety and he-alth in detail. Based on the analysis, the design of proceeding arrangements follow. The aim is to improve the situation in the business.
