Práce se zabývá vývojem mezinárodní spolupráce mezi německým koncernem Volkswagen a českou Škodou Auto, která začala v roce 1991 fúzí obou společností. Za pomoci různých analytických prostředků jsou zde zkoumány pozitivní a negativní aspekty českoněmecké kooperace za přihlédnutí k Soft Facts a Hard Facts. Účelem práce je formulovat doporučení, která by vedla k úspěšné mezinárodní spolupráci.

The topic of the thesis is the international cooperation between the German corporation Volkswagen and the Czech Skoda car company, which started in 1991 with a merger of these two. Using various analytic tools the positive and negative aspects of the Czech-German cooperation are researched with regards to the soft facts and the hard facts of the problem. The purpose of the thesis is to articulate recommendations that will lead to a successful international cooperation.
