Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou finančního zdraví společnosti XYZ, s.r.o. v letech 2012 až 2014. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, první je teoretická část a druhou je praktic-ká část. Cílem teoretické části je se seznámit se všemi pojmy, vysvětlit si principy finanční-ho řízení a upřesnit metodiku výpočtu ukazatelů na základě literární rešerše. S použitím poznatků z teoretické části je v praktické části provedena finanční analýza společnosti XYZ, s.r.o. za použití různých ukazatelů, na základě kterých se srovnají hodnoty s odvětvím a posléze se navrhuje řešení.

This thesis deals with the analysis of financial health of the company XYZ, s.r.o. in between years 2012 and 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is theoretical part and the second one is practical part. The goal of the theoretical part is to get to know every term, explain principles of financial management and specify the methodology of the calculation of indexes based on the literature research. Using the knowledge of the theoretical part is performed the financial analysis of the company XYZ, s.r.o. in the practical part, where are used different types of indexes, based on them the values are compared with the sector and then the solution is suggested.
